Grievance Redressal Mechanism :-


Student/trainees related Grievance:-


Level 1.  Written complaint can be submitted to the concerned Craft Instructor.

Level 2. In case the grievance is not addressed up to the satisfaction , then complaint can be re-addressed to The Group  Instructor.

Level 3. Under failure of the level 1 & 2 , the complaint can be addressed to The Principal, ITI Jahangir Puri.



Administrative / Office Related Grievance :-


Level l .  Written complaint can be submitted to the Office Superintendent / Assistant Account Officer.


Level 2. In case the grievance is not addressed up to the satisfaction , then complaint can be re-addressed to The  Principal, ITI Jahangir Puri.
